The Achar made in lhoma taste like home.
My mom bought the lhoma 31/32 years ago. Then the price was about 300/400 Rs. In present-day the small size lhoma cost around 6000 Rs. She actually bought it to grind golds. After completion of reconstructing the house back then in 2053 B.S. (1996 A.D) the lhoma was placed in Kitchen and since then has never left the door.
My maa started using it. Every member in my family has used it or even our relatives and closed friends. My maa always preferred using lhoma over mixer grinder. She used to say the pickle made in grinder doesn’t taste good and to be honest I think the same.
